🙏🏾 I was in a terrible accident, vehicle totaled. But then "Sweet James" was recommended to me and my life changed. The staff was there for me whenever I had questions, set up all my appointments, and listened to me when I needed to vent. They were able to recover over $70,000 for me. Oh, also my son was in an accident months later, they recovered over $10,000 for him. Shout out to Meghan Harris and the lawyer on my case. Good people, thanks for everything. You two changed my life!!!!
After settling I’ve waited 5 months and still no payment, no update, no call, no letter, NOTHING!! Worst attorneys whatever you do find someone else do not use Sweet James!!!! It has been the worst experience!!
Terrible place to have a representation with. Took my case, they said they would try and help me or at least let me know how the case was going. They filed 2 months later (I have the court documentation to prove it). They asked me to give them time to schedule my therapy and they never reached out. When I did reach out after not hearing from them over a month. They transferred me to the Attorney "Eric" who was in charge of my case, I got his voice-mail. I left a voice mail only to never receive a call back. Couple of weeks ago I got a notice from defending party denying all my claims. This is by far the worst lawfirm I have ever experienced. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE if you want any success in your case. Just my experience and my opinion.
Don’t use these people. They are terrible. Run. They’ll lie to you. Tell you they are working for you and they do nothing. They take their Sweet James Time and by the time they respond to you your credit will be shot from the medical bills going to collection. Only thing they’ll do is take your insurance settlement money. Lazy and won’t fight for you.
I would not recommend Sweet James. They are only after money and do not care for their clients. After almost 2 years with the case they decided to drop it even though they had the case won. We gave them proof even had a dashcam video with the other driver being at fault by driving the wrong way on a busy street. Dont waste your time with actor on a commercial get yourself a real lawyer with balls to fight the insurance company. 0 stars.
Terrible experience. Karen, the case manager, and Frank, the supervising attorney, dropped the ball on my case with Uber. Uber has up to a $1 million insurance policy and Sweet James' office showed little to no interest or professionalism in my case. For weeks and months, I was begging for communication from this team time and time again. After a year of this disrespect, I eventually subbed out to another personal injury lawfirm and that same day, I received calls, texts and emails from Frank and other Sweet James representatives suddenly interested in talking to me... I do not recommend Sweet James at all and have no regrets of taking my case elsewhere.
Sweet James attorney were amazing to work with. I was involved in a hit and run accident and Sweet James was super helpful and knowledgeable in getting everything I needed
rolling. After my accident I was kinda lost. I didn’t know where to start, I’ve never been involved in a hit and run accident before. They helped me get my car repaired with my insurance, they helped me get the proper medical treatment I needed, for the injuries I sustained in my accident. Like I said they were truly amazing. Thank you Sweet James . I will definitely be recommending Sweet James to my friends and family if they ever need it.
The staff at Sweet James is SUPER friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. Everyone from the receptionist to the graphic designer! EVERYONE is willing to answer questions, VERY courteous and nice! I'll recommend my friends and family for sure.
